NICE! CPU load indeed is considerably lower!

Ah yes I forgot about that one (Highs Gap) - set it to 3 for same behavior as before. It replaces the checkbox in previous versions.

Changing the True Peak slider has a big effect on CPU load; you could try if 3 or even 2 is still sufficient.

I observed GUI bug with the fft window (wrong samplerate - bandwidth limit) - same thing mpex2006km mentioned.

Another bug in latest beta - ST doesn't remember FM settings - presets from the fm list start up with stereo and rds encoding off (along with the gui bug)

In 7.70 under Linux:

Configure & Latency;

Real-Time and Priority isn't saved when switching between presets.

Wow... It could very well be - because with the Oversampling hack I skip a number of Stokkemask analysis stages. I completely overlooked that. However... the effect doesn't seem to be that bad looking at what it does now - what are you seeing (and with what settings)?

Just checked that - no change at all with Stokkemask on (at least I can't notice any)...

Try setting Strictness on that page to 3, and increase the value of True Peak Precision. If you set it to the same value as "Composite Strictness (Leif)" it should work fine... of course the CPU load will also be higher again.

Bug found. Old highs gap protection is completely broken. And even with the new one i think that i get more distortion and/or hissing highs. Does someone else has the same problem ?
