I assume what you mean is exaggerated stereo enhancement. In ST you can achieve this by using the Matrix- Mode in the AGC and by turning up the stereo enhancer.
But more is not always better, less is sometimes more.
Cause too much enhancement has three main disadvantages:
-Your Station will lose covered area cause of increased multipath reception (much energy in the L-R)
-If your listener's receiver switches to mono cause of low RF signal strength the signal becomes quieter and bad sounding cause of interfereces
-even with stereo reception some mid- located instruments and vocals will be moved in the Background and sound reverbed
All this shouldn't be what you want.
And I know the Stereo-Maxx Box: designed to make a huge effect. Even if all 3 knobs are turned to "0", there is an enhancement effect, so be careful.
A trick to find a good enhancement intensity setting, based on my experience, is: When you listen with headphones the only thing what you should hear is a little bit of more "fullness" and/or glitter.
If you hear a different mixdown of the instruments or a bigger difference in the wideness, it is too much!
Believe me/us: Less is more, like in much other points!
In FM Broadcast an important point is Mono- compatibility!

Robert
P.S.:
The CRL Stereo Gain Controller does only have 3 steps for the release time. Isn't this too coarse?
If so, just take a 47k- Potentiometer with a serial 10k resistor and replace R212/R85 by this.
So you can adjust the release time continously.
I would prefer this!
