Hello Hans,
There is a Kind of distortion when the declipper is switched on. Source material is clean.
Especially during female speech you can notice this. I have attached my preset.
Hope you can confirm...
Kind Regards,
Robert

Mr evrenselFM ,

Please ask your technical questions in the help topics, and provide some more info about your setup. ( Do you use MPX or just stereo out )
A question like "i need more stereo seperation" with no further info can't be answered by anyone.

Please drop your presets in the "share your stereotool presets" topic

Good luck!

It´s only present in this version.
Try it with dry female or even male voice.
Normal soundcard In-Out processing, not as stereo encoder used (if this info is necessary).

Robedrt

I have just compared the sound of v7.42 and 7.50 with your preset, ACR Stereo off (since it wasn't present in 7.42) and the multiband limiter settings increased (because the limiter behavior is different in 7.44 and 7.50). The result is nearly perfectly identical - if I subtract the two the resulting signal level is -117 dB.

Which leaves only the MB limiters and ACR Stereo as possible causes... So far I haven't heard it so I cannot test it.

OK, the Declipper is switched off in this preset, when you turn it on, the distortion occurs.
I forgot to say, i didn´t test it with Versions between 7.40 and 7.50. In 7.40 it was ok.
Regards,
Robert Sack

I compared with the declipper turned on (forgot to mention that). Haven't tested 7.40 yet.
