I'm very not sure about ST RDS group content...
What I see from that display is an equal distribution of groups between the PS (0A) and RT (2A) groups, plus the once-per-minute time-carrying 4A group. It'll work fine for general use. Things like PTY, PI and any AFs are embedded in every group, thus they are not impacted by the Group Sequence's ratios.
Creating an RDS Group Sequence (GS) is a bit of an art. Want to emphasis quicker updating (response time) on the main 8-character PS screen? Bias your GS ratio toward 0A, with something like 0A,0A,0A,0A,2A -- especially if you are doing fast PS refresh times of 1.5-2 seconds per word. Want the RT to update faster? Pull the ratio back to something like 0A,0A,2A -- but you should then also slow down your PS refresh times to 3 or even 4 seconds per word or you may risk dropping words on less-than-perfect radios.
It gets trickier if you add more data throughput, for example for RT+ (enhanced artist and title) or extra ODA services like TMC (traffic) or emergency alerting.
Which is what I do, as Chief Engineer of an RDS-based alerting company.
