Hi Hans,

tnx a bunch for a great tool and a wonderful toy.

After playing around for a few years now, i love the development progression. Things I've been meaning to suggest suddenly came out of the blue.

There is one thing tho…the Hard Limiter is a little bit to hard. Is it possible to ask for an option to adjust it a little bit. The attack is good but the release is to fast for a mastering limit in my ears. What I'm asking is a release slider to be able to control it a little bit. I've done some tests with a well known loudness plugin, and I like what I hear with the possibility to do some adjustments. Also tried it with an old Dominator and that really kicks.

One other thing…a bar that shows the output from MB would help a lot to…to prevent feeding the final stages with way to much sound.

Regards,

Mr. DonT

Hard Limit was never intended to be used like this! It's basically there to remove very small and short spikes, which are left by the clippers. Or, in extreme cases, to avoid distortion if you don't have the clippers enabled. It was designed to not introduce harmonics (to protect the FM signal), not to sound good! Which is fine as long as it does almost nothing...

I do have plans to add something else in the new future, which should do what you are asking for.

:)

I'm crawling back to my humble cave and will just keep being surprised over the magic that you do.
