- Check Wunjo's issue with BETA053 (very likely either a memory alignment or a too-aggressive-optimization problem). Appears to be in the "Knee" code. (Error in LUT?)
No issues with this verion (054) :D

In beta 54, I found a small bug in the display of the median in the MB.
It happens in certain circumstances in any of the bands monitored within the MB, not in the overall monitor.

I happened to see it from beginning to use it sometimes, and it can be played down "Reset Median Calculation", especially when there is no gain reduction and comes a sudden reduction.

I upload a picture to view.

On the other hand, I think it would be good to put a check for "On / Off" displaying the median.

Edit:
- It is not easy to reproduce.
- It solved minimize and then maximize, it must be a problem with the refresh.

" Sound cards: Make 'Synchronize to output' work with Normal output"

FYI: I'm still getting silence after enabling that option.
Sorry.

what are the pros and cons of using phase rotation like this: everything maxed out, except the Start Frequency (700 Hz)? i want the vocal to stand out without adjusting the eq

If changing out the linking to the IPP libraries is deemed too time-consuming and/or not worth it, as an alternative, could a plain x86 DSP build (FPU or whatever it's called) be made with the current IPP linking? This test is to see if SSE is completely eliminated, do AMD platforms perform worse?

SSE was technically introduced by Intel to compensate for their FPU performance vs. AMD K7 and K8. The K7/K8 FPUs (3 of them) are massively better than Intel P4. What I noticed in profiling with Code Analyst was that the most significant stalling point was due to the FPU units being full. If performance is generally the same, then odds are that the compiler is steering non-Intel systems down the slowest path.
