Hi!

I noticed that I was using wrong samplerate at output which caused artifacts to output because of the crap resampler in Windows audio subsystem.. When I changed it to correct one (from Windows audio control panel (48kHz ----> 44.1kHz)) Stereo Tool's audio IO freezes.. GUI is still responsive but "restarting" audio input from configuration window doesn't help, neither does changing input or output.. After I realized nothing can be done to save the running process I hit X.. which completely hangs the program. Only thing you can do after that is to forcibly shut it down.

Hi Modulator,

- Which sound card do you have?
- Is this with normal I/O or ASIO?

For output i'm using Behringer UCA 200, VAC for input. It happens with normal I/O. Now I tested it further and when I go from ASIO to normal, it does the same. And now i'm stuck as the Stereo Tool reverts old settings, so what's before hanging, will be there when restarting.

Workaround for now: Minimize (iconify) Stereo Tool, then it also writes the settings to disk.
