I hope you are fine.

We send our broadcast to our tower on the mountain via IP Link.

Are we getting such an error? I need your help with the solution.

You will need to enable error correction on the encoder side. That increases the bandwidth a bit but it will increase the stability of the stream. It's normal that some data packets get lost during transmission over a wireless link.
For example set it to 64 / 8 or 64 / 16 and see if that helps.

Thank you for the answer.

Where can I do the setting you mentioned? (Enable bugfix and 64/8 64/16)

In Stereo Tool or in the µMPX encoder, whichever you're using, and then under "Error correction". In the new interface it's called "Send error recovery every" (64) and "Number of error recovery packets to send" (8/16), in the old it's called "Span" and "Overhead".
