Can anyone tell me if Stereo Tool can do SCA? I need to create a SCA on the 67kHz channel. I have searched forever it seems to find either a hardware or software solution to broadcasting simultaneously with a pilot frequency. Or am I just out of luck?

Have you checked the Input 2 of ST? It allows to be used for SCA. Does that do what you need?
