My PC is an old custom build machine with an Asus A8n motherboard and an onboard Realtek ALC850 chip. Does this chip support Stereo Tools FM rds settings? I'd like to be able to get it to work with a cheap FM transmitter I have. If not, is this chip replacable with an HD Realtek audio chip that supports 192k sample rate?

What would be the cheapest sound card to purchase that would work with RDS?
