I have an ESI Maya 44 USB+ sound card and when I use Wasapi output I hear it double as an echo, the input I use vac cable kernel streaming.

No, input is vac kernel output is maya usb+ wasapi realtek out wasapi is fine.

Yes it supports asio.

Then I would output with ASIO instead of WASAPI. ASIO has direct control of the hardware and is potentially lower latency than any of the other Windows audio APIs like WASAPI, KS, or MME
