Hi all, Does the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 work as an audio card? If so, how would one configure it (wiring and set-up) to work with ST, using a desktop PC running Win10? Hoping someone can help. Cheers, Baldrick |

I have a Arturia Minifuse1 which is just like the focusrite and its act just like a sound card. Works with everything just like a sound card... even in gaming |

Awesome. Got it working here too. Sounds great using a ogg@500kbps STL network stream, VLC to libvlc in ST. Interestingly, I found the ogg stream had a more clearer stream than using flac. Go figure. Thanks for your reply! Baldrick |

Does it play via VLC reliably? Every time i tried using the external stream input after some hours of playing it stutters and it need completely restarting stereo tool to work again.. are you using windows?

Sorry, I though I'd answered this, though appears not. Weird.Anywho, seems to work fine here. We use VLC to stream to the TX PC via ST using the libVLC input. There is a virtual cable from the main PC sound card that interfaces with VLC allowing it to stream content to the TX PC. I hope that makes sense. Cheers, Baldrick |
