I find this sound card to manage sound by BNC output with stereotool

SndScape Cinema! PCI High-end Soundcard with TG-Link

My question is : Does RDS work with this sound card ?

Based on the specification of the card (192 kHz output) I would say yes.

But, don't be too sure before anyone has tested it - there are other cards out there (Soundblaster/X-Fi) that based on their specifications should work, but RDS doesn't work because the output is VERY different from what is being sent to the card.

The BNC is S/PDIF output, not audio.
