I'll do the tests and check .

But how do without the output low latency ?

The announcer using as ua receiver will not hear in real time, right?

Even I put the output low latency ASIO output on another , you can not hear.

Turning low latency off is for testing.

Goal 1: make FM work
Goal 2: fix the rest :)

Goal 1: make FM work - Finished
stereo (pilot) and MPX successful ......

Now, low latency not working on ASIO.

If I enable low latency , does not generate Stereo ....

You need to send the low latency output to different ASIO channels on the same sound card. Probably 3 and 4.

But the sound will not leave without latency along with mpx and pilot, right?

And if the radio hears of a receiver , will have delay in return, right?

There is to be in the same output ?

Low latency output is for monitoring, but the quality is less good. The MPX output will always have more latency than the low latency output. You can lower the MPX latency to about 16 ms (27 with acceptable quality).

All right, is that the speakers here want to hear the return on the receiver.
A latency as would be practically imperceptible ?

Another question .

For me to enable the studio output, to monitor, need a sound card with 2 outputs or else 2 sound cards ????
Would that be ????

You need a sound card with 2 outputs OR 2 sound cards that Windows sees as one, with the clocks connected. If you use 2 separate sound cards they need to be synchronized and ASIO cannot be used, which causes a huge latency.

Have you tried if the latency at "Latency 1024" setting is acceptable? You can reach about 27 ms with that. If that's acceptable you can just use the FM signal for monitoring.

As an alternative solution you could use your current processor for studio monitoring. I know that many stations do this (almost all the high end processors on the market have a latency that ranges from 'on the edge' of being acceptable to very far over the edge). Or you could use a 2nd Stereo Tool instance with low latency monitoring output on a separate sound card (but then you need to feed the input signal to both sound cards).
