Hello..
sorry if this thread not at right place :oops:
I've download vst_stereo_tools.dll, and i want using it on my Delphi XE IDE.
Anyone can give me advice or link how to do that

You want to load the plugin in your own software? It's just a VST plugin, so you need to get the VST SDK from Steinberg.
