After some test runs, and the VST adapter for Foobar2000 (which allows greater automation and flexability than Winamp but a I still get a lot of crashes). Does the licensing work across different versions of the program and their DSP forms, like the Winamp version and VST version and upgrades free? Just not sure what one license is valid for and how it works for the different licenses you can get. I've read it, but not sure which to get.

DSP CHAIN:
Convert mono to stereo
Advanced Limiter
Convert 5.1 to stereo
Advanced Limiter
Resampler (SOX) (3rd Party) to the best quality at 192,000 Hz
Advanced Limiter
Stereo Tool 7.23

A license key can be used in all the different versions (VST, DSP, stand alone, command line) - except for the Stereo Tool plugin for TV stations.

What is crashing exactly? Stereo Tool should never crash.....

The VST adapter crashes under certain conditions. It be nice to have a native version of Stereo Tool for foobar2000. Something with Stereo Tool ticks the VST adapter off. I've noticed the same problem with the Winamp bridge (but that solution just sucks). Loading the DSP chain crashes the whole program when playing back a song in the middle of it. But if playback is stopped then started again it doesn't crash. Could be a bug with the program.
