Still using this very old product because it does what I want and I am used to it. What version of Stereo Tool can I use with it?

You have to install Breakaway Live 0.90.96b trial version.
Download it there:

This trial version will never expire !

1) Bypass its processing !

2) Load Stereo Tool DSP (Winamp) plugin version inside Breakaway Live`s effect plug-ins !

Breakaway Live installs its own system wide audio device called "Breakaway Pipeline (x)".

Select this "Breakaway Pipeline (x)" as your default system audio device and/or select "Breakaway Pipeline (x)" inside Musicmatch as audio output device.
This way you can use Stereo Tool (DSP) for all audio applications (including Musicmatch or any other audio/video player software) on your PC.

But if you want to create music files including the Stereo Tool processing (e.g. MP3 files for your portable player etc.) you have to use Winamp and a filewriter plugin and activate Stereo Tool DSP version there:

Thanks for the reply. I now have three windows with bouncing audio waveforms but no sound :). I'm sure I'll get there eventually.
