Greetings -
I'm looking to process albums of MP3, M4A/AAC, FLAC files with dbPowerAmp and pipe the output of StereoTool directly to FLAC or FDK-AAC for compression. Not sure if this should be done with the command-line executable as a DSP or VST2 DLL as an effect, and how you would specify your STS file and serial number key.

Curious if anyone else is using StereoTool with the dbPowerAmp tool as opposed to having to process these files one at a time from the command line or writing a batch file for each album, which is obviously a slow, manual process.

I'd really appreciate any help or advice on making this work. Thanks so much!
Regards,
mikebo

For batch conversion and processing, I would look into Thimeo WatchCat instead of using Stereo Tool and another app.

https://www.thimeo.com/watchcat/

It only has a very limited set of output types in the free version, but FLAC is one.
