Has anyone gotten either DSP or VST versions of StereoTool to work in Foobar2000 on Windows? I did a cursory search on the forum and didn't see any reference to it.

Yes! I've gotten both to work. The DSP needs a bridge filter. The VST needs a VST Host component named "foo_vst" and is called "VST 2.4 Adapter" and seems to be the better way to do it... at least was for the old GUI. The new GUI seems to run super slowly, but that could be configuration. I'll do more tests and dig up some links for the plugins.
