Stereotool is verygood!But when I use it for my Fm transmitter, i can't hear any "Stereo effect"...
It just "Mono" in "stereo model"....
My radio's ST led is bright.
Why cause this?

The sound card that you select for output from stereotool must support 192 kHz sample rate for a proper FM stereo multiplex signal with RDS (actually if the card could handle 128 kHz it would work for stereo but not with RDS). Even a sound card with 48 kHz sample rate can produce the 19kHz pilot signal (which your radio is detecting when the stereo light is lit). What sound card are you using?

Actually, 128 kHz should just work if the filters are good enough - for RDS I need frequencies upto about 60 kHz.
