Hi everyone,

I'm the owner of a web radio station in Belgium. We're using Stereo Tool for our live broadcasts and we're really happy of what we get. But for a few weeks, we're having an issue and i don't find a solution.

At random time, the sound get really low and highly pitched. It's almost impossible to listen at that time. We're using the Dutch Chocolate preset (web HD). Do you have any idea where it's coming from ? I'm not a sound professional, maybe it's just a little setup, but i prefer to ask :)

Here is a picture of what it looks like on a recording: https://storage.googleapis.com/fichiers ... asts/1.jpg
Here is what it sounds like: https://storage.googleapis.com/fichiers ... %20Bug.mp3

Thanks for your help !

Hi !

Thanks for your answer.

When it's working, yes, both input and output drops. But when the buf appears, the input don't drop anymore, but the output is still dropping. I know we had an error message, but i forgot to take a screen, i'll do that next time.

It's a mystery for us.

Thanks for your help !
