How can I get the transient effect from the optimod so that there is as much detail in a song as possible?

Disable Noise Reduction or set it at lower values, like -70 or -80.
In the preset shown in the video, the de-esser is used a lot. You can set the treshold higher.

Sparkling Highs can be enabled
Absolute highs can be enabled
Highest band in multiband can be adjusted for more highs
