Lately, I've noticed this forum and downloads are slower than old dial-up speeds. Is anyone else having problems loading pages or downloading files? Tapping my fingers while waiting . . .

Yes, I am experiencing exactly the same thing. Downloading files or browsing the forum is laggy. |

Yes, it is slower. Downloads were much slower. |

I've just sent a report to my webhost. I'm seeing a slower download time for files as well, but in the order of 10 seconds for an installer, so not disastrous. But from packzap I understood that on his end downloading that same file took 5 minutes, which is insane. I should probably add that I'm pretty close to one of the biggest internet backbones (Amsterdam) in the world, I'm guessing that the people who are complaining are living elsewhere... |

Currently in UK - Usually I get long access/response times to www (probably DNS or even router problem), but downloads go insanely fast for most sites, except the stereotool.com. |
