Let me guess, plugin and not standalone?

I was the only person who had this issue for the longest time. They just recently implemented a fix in the betas. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=33793
I recommend trying 10.22 beta 014 when it posts, though it is still fixed since 10.22 beta 008.

edit: The old workaround was to load a preset with a skin that has the Titlebar color as something other than purple, though this wasn't always effective. Also using the Web Interface should keep this issue from becoming bothersome.

Well since the Web Interface may require some port forwarding, let's try loading a different skin first.

download/file.php?id=5872

Try this preset file. It's just a skin that changes the coloring to look more like Winamp's modern coloring. The font sizes are only different in this preview image. This should stop the titlebar color from changing if you can accept it looking so different.

To enable the Web Interface, you will need to go to the Application Settings and scroll down. Enable it and set a specific port if you need to use something other than the default one. On the computer running Stereo Tool, go to http://localhost:8080/ and it should show the web-based interface for Stereo Tool.

If you cannot access port 8080, you likely need to forward a port, which I cannot help you with. Sorry.

The problem isn't fixed on the lower versions. It is on the newest version only. Try the latest beta.

edit: Also what do you mean the skin doesn't work? You couldn't load it? Or does the issue persist even after it is loaded?
