I'm thinking about trying out Stereo Tool on HiFiBerry OS which appears to be tuned for audio use cases and also has some very useful things pre-installed like AirPlay on it. But before I start investing time, money and effort into this, I wanted to see if anyone here has already tried doing this and what their experiences with it are? I would hope to be able to send ST's output to the audio out RCA jacks, to Icecast and also to AirPlay simultaneously for a home audio distribution system. All comments and thoughts are welcome! |
