Why would you want to reboot it? It doesn't seem to make sense to put a button in for that. Also, it would only work if MicroMPX is started with admin rights.
Are you using our image? If you're using a standard Raspbian image, you need to enable SSH first (our image has it enabled, so with our image you should be able to connect to it, if you select SSH in Putty). You can enable SSH from the Pi itself if you connect a keyboard to it, or you can create an empty file called "ssh" in the root directory on another system.
