 Post subject: Median Display Question

I'm trying to determine the frequency curve I want for my internet station, both for the Auto EQ and for the final output. If you look at the bands below, you'll see that some of the dotted lines are almost on a line for -12 or -18 db, while others are in the middle of a "segment."

Does that mean that this graph should be read as:

-12/-17/-18/-16/-16/-16/-17/-17/-15

or

-12/-17.5/-18/-17/-17/-17/-17.5/-17.5/-15.5

The latter I guess. One segment should be one decibel. Half a segment should be half a decibel, one third of a segment should be one third of a decibel, a.s.o. Why would/could it be anything else? :?:
