I have tried to change the sound of my station a bit and would like input from you about the target levels:

The station plays retro electromusic (Actually, it's called tracker music). It's very dynamic by default, and I try to push the LR to below 4 in order to remove the "all over the place"-feeling of some the tunes dynamics.

Oh man. I started my life in ScreamTracker 3 =) You've taken me back.

Honestly, the mix between idents and music is healthy. Consistent.

Can you elaborate on what problem you're trying to solve?

If you're talking about purely a stream, then -12.8 LUFS may be fine. You can go quieter or louder...it's up to you. True peak being at about -3 is pretty healthy. Personally, I think you can go a little bit louder, but not using AGC...I would push it with MB and SB myself. But different people have different methods. AutoEQ might help smooth out the bitcrushed feel of some of the samples in SOME of the songs...

I'm watching it locally on the Clarity M Stereo, and it seems a bit louder here, I'm getting an integrated loudness around -10 LUFS.

No problem. Just trying to understand how other radio people think about processing and if to understand best practises. I fail to find any good information about this. There are many discussions on the correct LUFS, and that's all great. But I wonder how hard you should drive the AGC and if the AGC is more or less important than the MBs. I.e. should you rely on the AGC to fix the coarse problems and then have a light touch compression or something else?

You did get your question answered, but let me say that I really like YouLean. It's a simple, but reliable tool.
