Tried to create something similar to my 8600S or 1101e on Impact preset, but gave up and worked on something more traditional old Orban 8000A to run my personal FM station and the web stream from one source.

Why? Well, If I get busted for the FM station, they can have the PC with all the processing and RadioDJ, and the Vast transmitter. No big deal.

Losing a $8,000 8600S would hurt :-)

Station URL: http://s2.free-shoutcast.com:18594/ Stream is at 128kbps, source files are 160kpbs.

Preset is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y8mcic6ou4he1 ... 1.sts?dl=0

Should qualify the reason for 'wall of sound' and disregard for obvious clipping. This preset is tailored for nominal volume on small devices such as smart phones and pocket radios that I use around the house or yard. It's meant to be heard, not audiophile by any means.

Most of the music I listen to was originally heard on AM stations or 70's/80's FM stations with all their volume wars glory, so that's sort of how I like it.

I'm using a slightly modified version of your settings for a stream that's still in beta. I like the old FM radio sound but it was a bit too overdriven for my tastes. I backed off on the loudness a wee bit - and am still tweaking, but at a baseline, I liked it. https://live365.com/station/In-Groove-Radio-a37519 BTW, I'm running the station - playout and processing - from a Raspberry Pi 4.
