Hello, we at Typical Media Group are building a Radio Network across the United States, and potentially Europe. We want to do it "cheaply", like without using Hardware Audio Processors. We came across Stereo Tool, which is what we use currently for our online stream, but the specs on that PC are only a 4th gen dual core intel, is it enough for our 3 stations on there. But, this is without FM MPX / Stereo Gen / RDS. When we do get our licenses approved for FM, we need a PC for ST fast enough to handle 4 or more instances of FM or HD processing and probably will make a order of dozens of the same spec PCS for all our future planned transmitter sites.

For every ST instance i recommend 2 cores, so for example if you have 4 instances it should be 8 cores CPU. There is good choices now for CPU from both AMD and Intel. AMD 5000 series and 7000 series are awesome for job you are asking if you planning many instances. Intel, anything from 9th series is good.
There is ofc question for hyperthreading. So on strong cpu it should be fine on 1core/2threads per instance.
For rest of stuff is classic, good PSU with minimum gold standard and Active PFC, good dual channel ram DDR4-3000-3600 or DDR5 5200-6000, depending on what board you are using, motherboard with better components, some of mid-top models, proven ssd's like Samsung, Crucial, Patriot, newer WD's, if needed HDD, WD purple/red (never seagate, hitachi, toshiba!) etc. Good case ventilation.
