Hi All

iám testing with Stereotool and what i also read here on the forum,

i have a delay from about 1.5 seconds / 2 seconds with a test system with a usb soundblaster X-FI HD.
what i try this is too much delay. I dont have MPX options on the transmitter so its analog from the soundcard to the transmitter.
i have read on the forum that 100mS posible is with MPX and a good soundcard.

can you guy's advice me in this what soundcard i best can use and can this make the delay to lets say 100ms with analog?

Kind regards
Andre

Hi Andre,

For example, te ESI Juli@ soundcard. You can get a latency of < 100 ms, easy.

Any 192kHz soundcard with ASIO support will do the job, PCI, PCI-E, USB. Avoid Creative and Asus soundcards. You will maybe not use 192kHz because you are not using MPX output, but it's good to have it for future.
Also always check your buffer in ST (standalone normal/FM output) maybe it's at default 1 second. You can easy put it way lower depending on your soundcard and cpu.
