Does anyone have a detailed guide as to how to program the RDS fields in ST?

The RDS PTY is apparently set to the European Standard. Would like to request a way to select the US Standard or at least a cheat sheet to get to the popular US formats such as Pop Music and Country.

Seems that the PTY is a headache for those using RBDS?
