Noted something odd when running ST on a 2012 Mac mini. One has Catalina OS and the other Mojave. In both cases I noted the RAM usage increases steadily in the Activity Monitor after I do a Cache reset upon computer shut down. It used to take a month before I started to run out of RAM and had to reboot. 12 GB in each computer. But now I am noting that within a few days the RAM gets eaten up and I have to either use MacSCan X to free up some RAM or reboot the computer.

I am not seeing this problem with a 2012 iMac that I am using and have used in the past. That has Mojave on it.

Anyone else having this problem?

9.40 on the Mini and 9.23 on the iMac.

Resolved this problem by using Clean My Mac software.
