Stereo Tool

One offline computer that does processing and has no connection to the internet or any internal network. One end outputs MPX signel to your transmitter, the other outputs via SPDIF to another computer that connects to the internet. Minimaze damage from hackers is the goal. I wonder if Stereo tool could add feature dual process it different for each different use and direct to a different endpoint. Like the advanced clipper and output volumes being able to set to behave different at different points but share the same source?
