Many thanks for providing the examples. ;) If I let one of the examples into StereoTool, the result is, according to my personal perception, much better than if I use the AGC which is included by default. Somehow it just sounds different from the standard AGC in StereoTool. But maybe it is just my imagination, it is possible. Unfortunately I don't have such a device at hand, but I would like to have one. So I thought it was great that you have provided a few examples here. Unfortunately I missed to make examples after I had listened to the device. I can only repeat my opinion and motivation from the opening thread.

Well, I definitely hear some interesting things happening and this could certainly be a source of inspiration. But I can't make any promises...

Simply put. There is NO AGC better than the Ariane. It has magic dust that adds sparkle to the music.
Been using one for years both Analog and Digital versions.Sold by Broadcast Warehouse and several suppliers including SCMSinc .Not cheap but well worth the price.

Here is a little video, here you can see the sequel working. The sound is recorded directly from the output.

And here is the end product after Urban Optimod 8600, recorded directly from the FM Output AES/EBU with MPX-Limiter.

Very interesting to watch. What amazes me most is the fact that it is a 4-band AGC. StereoTool itself has only a 2-band AGC or a 3-band legacy AGC. And yet the results are so impressive. However they do it, the band control works flawlessly and you don't even notice in the end result that the signal has been split into 4 components. It's really amazing that this works so well.
