Yes, you are right. I can see it now, when I change the PS, it sends much more 0A groups temporary.
But I can't see this behaviour regarding the RT (group 2A).
At "normal" conditions PS is static (at least it is recommended by the standard) and the RT is the part that changing time to time. It would be nice to have the same behaviour like with PS but the opposite way (less 0A groups and much more 2A groups temporary).
And of course the best would be using the individual group sequence which can be overwritten temporary by dynamic group sequence
