The overshoots in ST are small enough to be smoothed out when you do a real Stokkemask measurement, so it should be more than fine.
(I'm showing all overshoots, in the actual Stokkemask you need to smooth over a period of time which means that those very short overshoots - if they are really overshoots - would still be invisible).
