Problem:

With same settings the singleband compressor and the post agc compressor give (very) different results (amounts of gain reduction).

How to replicate:
  1. factory reset, turn singleband compressor on, play test signal (e.g. white noise) and remember the gain reduction shown
  2. factory reset, set up the post agc compressor exactly as the singleband compressor; make the agc do nothing by setting target level = 0dB, spike handling and agc limiters to highest values, upspeed = downspeed = 0; play the same test signal as before and realize the gain reduction of the post agc compressor is much less than for the singleband compressor in pt. 1
Note that lowering the post agc threshold by about 8.5dB will give you a similar result as in pt. 1.

So is this shift intended or a bug?

Btw this is the same amount of shift I mentioned here and I still assume it's a conversion bug, because 20*log10(87100/2^15) = 8.49... (Hans should know where the numbers come from.)

EDIT: Fixed as of v7.70.
