Version 3.30 is ready!

New in version 3.30:
- Performance improvement: 6% faster, making this the most efficient version so far.
- Lower memory footprint: Now using 22 MB (was 34 MB) - a 12 MB reduction.
- FM: Composite limiter added to achieve a slightly louder output signal. The FM stereo pilot and RDS signals are not affected, so the signal quality is not reduced (some other composite limiters seem to do this). You can also choose for improved audio quality without louder sounds.

I've lowered the CPU load when I did the following perhaps you can check verify this:

1. disabled the restore service
2. disabled the index service

Both of these do add to the cpu load and after disabling them the cpu load went down.

true, some may think why these two.

With ST running, these two services add additional cpu load and MAY not be neeed for those systems that are used as a stand-alone for their broadcasts or internet radio.

Of course, also they may think why disable the restore service which isnt really needed on a stand-alone system.

I'd be curious in what you find out and IF it confirms what I found.
