Things might be a middle-of-migration issue (I notice stereotool.com finally forwards to thimeo.com) but the download links don't currently work.

Also since stereotool.com is now forwarding, it seems reasonable to finish uploading/updating the help/documentation section. I'm always using the True Bass help page to demonstrate its effect in the handy infographics, but that page is missing.
We're waiting for the SSL certificate to be activated, and that might cause some issues.

On my end, the downloads work fine. Which files don't work?

I just fixed True Bass, it looks like the old site used "index.html" and the new one "index.shtml", and there were some differences between the two. There's something weird going on with some images now.

None of them work. They all forward to https://download.thimeo.com/ and to the dll or exe or whatever, but they all result in a 404.

edit: I disabled my systemwide adblocker to no effect. I know some people in the Discord have had trouble getting to stereotool.com, including the forums, I believe due to DNS issues. TheDaChicken was one.

Which browser are you using?

Can you open the networking section of it and (usually Control+Shift+I, then click on Network)? That will show what exactly is happening. The files download fine here, I've tried it on multiple devices, including my phone.

Then for the download that fails, click on it and go to Headers. Can you send me screenshots for both? That will include server info like its IP address.

On my end, the first link gets resolved to https://download.thimeo.com/stereo_tool ... taller.exe , which works. The IP address is 95.170.70.218.

EDIT: Oh, you mean the beta downloads! Looking into it now, they fail here as well, which is weird as I copied the full download folder.

EDIT #2: This is crazy: When I FTP into the old site, I don't see any files from dates after October 22 of last year. I've even uploaded a new file; it's there but I can't see it in FTP.

I will upload the files from elsewhere. This may take 1-2 hours. I'll start with the newest files.

Oh, sorry, I meant the beta downloads in the first post of this thread. My bad, I now understand what you were asking by which ones.

So the link you just sent works! However https://download.thimeo.com/stereo_tool ... 02-042.exe results in a 404 in both Firefox and Chrome. AdGuard closed, so it's not hijacking anything. It also happens on my phone and its own data.

Hm. After logging out and back in, the file that I just uploaded as a test is visible in FTP, but any other uploads from the last 3 months are gone. Very weird. Anyway, we're moving away from that host, so no need to investigate this further. I'm half-way uploading the files from my local harddisk again, so some of the links might work. Should take about an hour to finish (the FTP upload speed is rarther slow and limited to only 1 file at the same time, and it's over 50 GB of data).

The beta binaries are back. I haven't reuploaded the older ones (before this thread), since I don't think anyone needs those anymore.

This is interesting. What is the Linux distribution? What screen reader are you using on the computer you are accessing the program?
Linux is Ubuntu 22.10.

I'm using NVDA, https://nvaccess.org.

So will forums.stereotool.com change eventually to forums.thimeo.com? Hope you keep the forums around if StereoTool.com becomes obsolete.

Instead of "Transmitter", you can use the word Processing, or FM processor.

Anyone know why, when using Stereo Tool in Liquidsoap, there's a huge 5 second delay? Can this be decreased any? Maybe just 1 or 2 seconds instead.
