Make sure you have the IP whitelist set up properly to enable access from other network devices. Try something like 192.168.*.* for most routers' default configurations. And make sure to connect to it from the same network, otherwise, your IP whitelist will need to be more accurately configured.

I joined the same network by wifi but could not access the white list port . I went to Windows Security >> Firewall & network Protection and then chose the option 'Allow an app through firewall' i pointed this to Stereo_tool directory but as there was no executable this could not add exception app to firewall . Um do you have any other ideas please ?

For multiple ip's, you can do the ip itself separated by commas. You might need to disable then reenable the web interface to make the port changes take effect. Also, I just tried "/0" in the whitelist box and it seems to work for all sources now. But it's not a good idea to keep the whitelist entirely open like that.

As far as the firewall setting, if you're using the plugin, you have to open it for the host application. Like Radioboss or Reaper. But I have never had firewall issues with Stereo Tool personally.

Thank you for the clarification . I am unsure what the /20 is on the end of my suggested whitelist . I expected it to be something like for example the white list was 10.0.3.200/20 on port 8080 so should I be navigating to 10.0.3.200/20:8080 in browser my Radioboss has open ports in Windows 21H2 which has a brand new windows security center which is really neat. I had to get Microsoft to tweak it in my adapter DNS IPv6

ip6 DNS otherwise the Firewall would not show incoming data
First box - 2606:4700:4700::1111
Second box - 2606:4700:4700::1001

This said I am still unable to find this page even on the same machine which suggests i am doing something wrong :(

No, the /20 is not the url. Try /0 and see if you can't connect to http://10.0.3.200:8080 from the same machine at least. Or you can try http://localhost:8080
