Latest version - Beta 001 (October 30 2021)

Emergency fix:
There is a bug in the MicroMPX encoder that's built into Stereo Tool since version 9.80. When using certain combinations of Quality and different numbers of CPU cores, the stereo pilot gets glitchy - which results in constant "warning: Pilot phase shift detected" to be logged in the decoder. We received several reports of this message in the last 2 weeks. This can lead to reduced stereo separation.

Changes/bugfixes
  • Fixed MicroMPX decoder "warning: Pilot phase shift detected" caused by the integration in Stereo Tool. (So you only need to update Stereo Tool to get the fix).
  • Added MicroMPX encoding to the ARM version of Stereo Tool (which was requested and makes more sense now given the low CPU usage of MicroMPX V4)

When using the Vst version, every single time, I have to enter the reg key in order to make the Load preset button working.

Please, advise.

Which VST version and what are you using as a host?

I don't have this issue in BreakawayOne using the ST 32 bit VST2. What exactly is the VST Host you're using? A specific Digital Audio Workstation or playout software?

I don't have this issue in BreakawayOne using the ST 32 bit VST2. What exactly is the VST Host you're using? A specific Digital Audio Workstation or playout software?
Sound Forge 8.0 is the software I use for "mastering" a pre- recorded radio show I host.
I do that on a regular basis and it's never happpened before.
I'll re- install the plug- in to see if that will misteriously fix it.

Try renaming the plugin instead of simply reinstalling it. If I'm not mistaken, that should make it use a different/new base settings file. You will have to enter your license once more, but everything else should be fully reset. Good luck!

All I know is I've personally never seen any of these prosumer broadcast processors go on sale. They're already an incredible deal. However, I know Hans will give you a discount if you purchase multiple licenses at a time.
