Stereo Tool

hi ..


hi hans.....is there anyway you can add a ( always on top of other windows tabs ) to stereo tool hans its just that for what i use it for i need it to be on top at all times and as you know if you click on another tab the tab you were looking at will go behind the other tabs.

2nd.....is there any way you can make it so that you can resize stereo tool to any size ( i know you can make it full screen but you cant make it very small....if you know what i mean.
