Hm, interesting stuff.
@Studio 11:
There is actually someone else who had issues when using ASIO (whole pc was stuck after 1-3 days, so similar to your blue screens) in 7.40, but apparently (so far) NOT with version 7.41.
The thing here is, nothing that I can do in software should be able to cause a blue screen. The only reasons for BSOD's are: Hardware malfunction, Windows bug of driver bug. I did rewrite the ASIO stuff, which might change the behavior (mainly timing) - which could trigger a bug in a driver. Which sound card do you have?
To rule out a hardware error that occurred just at the moment that you installed this new version, can you try version 7.40 again?
@PowerSound: You started version 7.41, and you had already ran it before without issues? And then suddenly when you started it it didn't work?
I Googled the errors that you mentioned, found this (does not seem to be related to Stereo Tool AT ALL, but that doesn't explain why reinstalling Stereo Tool (only Stereo Tool, right???) fixes it.

Notice: AppHangB1 problems occur when important operating system files become misconfigured, deleted or damaged. This is a common problem with computers that don't get maintained regularly. Eventually the system becomes overloaded with problems and begins to crash and display errors.
Elsewhere I read that this can happen when you close the system down incorrectly.
Info that I found about the other error (StackHash) doesn't seem to make any sense.
You might want to run a virus & spyware scanner...
@DJ-DOGGY: That was when I introduced the new GUI (6.32 -> 7.00). Not relevant now.
near05: This is only with the latest version? And does it crash when you close it, or during processing, or something else?
