Mr. Hans did any library depency change from 035 onwards on the linux version? They exit with SIGSEGV on my system. No debug info unfortunately. Same with the latest versions with the correct library path.

Just curious, it's not important.

The plugin is unstable as well. keeps crashing wavelab all the time.
Interestingly Recalling presets work fine in beta 017..... not sure about stability yet though
Beta017 loads plugin settings previously saved from other sessions, where as beta 018 and beyond doesn’t

I'm having this problem in Reaper too. Saving and loading projects wipes all ST settings. The only way to go about it is to save a ST preset every time you get ready to end the session, then load it up manually on the next time... which could be incredibly frustrating if you have a lot of instances.

So when you say "presets" you aren't talking about Stereo Tool presets, correct?

Both stereo tool presets and session recall in wavelab, this is the reason I'm still on beta017

Hi, which Linux version (32 or 64 bit, Intel/AMD or ARM) and which build exactly? Library dependencies don't cause SIGSEGV's afaik, so something must be wrong. Also, can you post the full output that's printed to the console on startup? That wil at least say something about where in the startup process it crashes.

Windows, VST3x64. VST3x32 seems to show up as a duplicate of the VST2x32 and thus it always loads the latter when attempting to load both. I dunno what the deal is with this host.

edit: scratch that last part. it just won't show the VST3x32 if the VST3x64 is present, I guess?

64bit x86, tried any of the builds, starting from 035 they all do the same.
A limited gdb output, granted the binary has no debug symbols but maybe of help, i have 0 knowledge about the memory stuff :)

Hi, I see no issues on my end. Can you send me your .rc file? You can find it in the home folder, should be called .stereo_tool_jack_alsa.rc . Hopefully it will reproduce once I have that file...

Sorry mr. Hans it is indeed named like that but i tried moving it completely and still behaves the same, guess i'm on my own from here, was just curious cause that seems to be the gui thread and didn't get this before, i will wait for updates on my side :)
