Now that RDS2 support is added, does that mean the external RDS input will pass through the extra carriers? So I can do away with the ALSA dmix workaround.

Posted 10.31 BETA001, here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=34069&p=76061#p76061

This new beta is basically the same as the 10.30 release which is building now, but with the new PortAudio version, new IceCast streaming version, and some waveform display fixes.
If you find any bugs, please let me know - they will likely also be in 10.30.

No, for now I only added encoding, no passthrough.

The Icecast streaming option sounds interesting, would that allow me to configure ST to send audio to Icecast? At the moment I use Liquidsoap to encode an AAC stream at 48khz 320K, so if I can use ST to do that then that's one less process to run.

Thanks

AFAIK, Icecast streaming has been there since I started using the software 6 or so years ago. At least this is a Windows option. I assumed it would be a Linux option as well; which is what you use if I'm not mistaken, correct?

Thank you. Yes, you are correct. I run ST on a Raspberry Pi which is running Linux.
