Maybe have a look at my "Maximizer Wet" and "Maximizer Dry" settings:

They both pretty much emulate the sound of a radio station. "Wet" is more agressive creating a smooth sound carpet, while "Dry" keeps more of the original dynamics. But both are all-eating presets to create a stable, loud, "exiting" sound from various sources with various qualities/volumes.
The preset is not that tight and has dropouts in the mids in samples with tight bass.

Same as above, but very stable and solid sound. It's perfect for HOT AC, but not as good for CHR.

I guess RadioHLR uses BBP...
Anyway, If you want, i can quick edit one preset to try achive what you want, just for testing, later can come fine tuning. (?)
Here is the RADIOHLR preset I test now. It's Stereo Tool based, and it's a nice, tight sound with nice highs.
