I like the philosophy behind single-driver speakers, so i upgraded a few days ago and just finished tweaking my preset to match them.
Basically It should sound great on any speakers or headphones having good mids (This is important, because vocals will sound too compressed on speakers with V-shaped sound) and capable of reproducing clean deep bass, but at low levels.
Trebles may need additional tweaking, so I would suggest playing with the multiband 2's attack and release times for the last band (13889hz in this case) in case they are too harsh or too soft on your setup.
Turning off the equalizer and true bass (Additionally Basstardizer could also be turned off/adjusted and multiband's first band's (16hz) ratio could be set to infinity) should make the preset more universal and suitable for more bass-oriented speakers or headphones.
