Hey everyone,

Working on a preset for the station I'm working for, but I've got a long way to go I think.
Looking for feedback on current settings.

Goals:
- I wanted to glue everything through dense highs,
- Everything else should breathe as much as possible.

For modern music: alternative, general rock, EDM.

What do you think? What stands out for good and bad?

Cheers and much love!
Niv

I like it, very open indeed. :) Maybe just a little de-esser at around -3 - -5 to take care of some harsher peaks here and there?

IMO this setting is a little to much Mids and Highs are like 15% to much and the volume needs to be dropped 2 to 3 db

Hey guys, thanks for feedback!!

Version 2.0

- changed the philosophy of first multiband entirely

Hopefully results in:
- ever present, dense and glued highs
- punch in lows
- breathing mids
- better overall coloring

SteroTool 10.30 required.

Let me know what do you think :)

I personally like the first version much better - on version 2 vocals sound too compressed to me.

Bah, quite right. Lost reference along the way.
Back to work :)

Lots of additional beers made this:

2.5
- tried to unlock some mids
- I moved things here and there and - though dense - I quite like the results.

Take a listen.

Version 1 still sounds better, on 2.5 bass is more/too compressed. :)

Yes, Martin, my friend, you are right. I'm still interested in how you would modify this 1 adaptive and how you think it would sound better. It sounds good to me with the fact that it lacks a high tone. Now he tried to do it, but really the bass here is compressed too much at 2 0 and 2 5. I'm interested in 1 what kind of tone you would make here, because I have no doubts about you.

Thank you. :) Maybe something like this?
