Martine: Listen to this pre-recorded setting that my friend Lokva modified a little based on what you did for Balkan music. In my opinion this sounds even better and we worked for kalman radio. The link is:

So tell me how you like this.

Sounds perfect to me. Keeps original tones intact (Which is really hard to achieve as most presets compress bass and vocal frequencies too much), except for the weak parts which are boosted. :) My new favourite. Should really work great with most genres. I also kept my Repair settings with the delossifier set to restore high frequencies and also vocals down to 500hz - It really makes a huge difference. Can't think of anything that needs improvement.

To me, this sounds just as good, perfect. Your first preset makes me nostalgic, so if you don't have it anymore, I'd beg you to just lower the bass and I'll take care of the post amplifier, because I don't know where to adjust the bass. What I would call radio stations from the nineties sounds to me like the perfect sound of nostalgia from that time when people tried to get their processors to upload some of their digitization, just so it doesn't sound like the original recordings. That was the time of someone's progress in sound, and everything is better than the original. That's why your preset makes me nostalgic, and when I listen to, say, modern talking from the 80s, I remember the sound of Italian radio stations, which I was fascinated by as a 16-year-old kid.

Done. I'm uploading It along with a completely new preset I came up with, based on Alexis's denser preset, with added Auto EQ to improve vocals and highs, and further multiband tweaks to improve the whole frequency spectrum:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=33359
You can check it out, I think bass is a little more balanced and highs are great too. :) If bass is too much on it, here's a good way to lower it:
Just go to "limits" section on the Auto EQ and decrease the first slider to allow more low frequency to be cut by the EQ when necessary (I have allowed only minimal cut, because my goal is to achieve the same bass we hear on the original source). This way It will only be lowered when the algorithm thinks It should be lowered. You can lower it further by going to the "levels" on Auto EQ and decreasing first slider's "relative target".
Also in the "bass" menu you can disable "True bass" and "basstardizer" (I am a bit of a fan of this particular extra, specifically the legacy version, so I'm including it in every preset. :D )

Martin: with alexis, it sounds just as nostalgic as I would when listening to music from the 80s, 90s and 2000s from the US. It's just a sensation for those tones of Italian radio stations. This second setting should add a bit of treble, at least to my ears as I hear it with senheiser Hd 400 pro headphones. I mean Martin's KX The Edge V2.sts
Otherwise, the bass is excellent. I don't think you should touch anything with the others, just lift the high ones down, they are a little lower than they should be. Listen to that kalman setting and you'll see that the treble is a little higher, that's how I'm hearing it right now. Now if you think that it should not be done, then leave it as it is now.
